Found out today that there is a problem with the water meter placement.  If the water meter is not in the right place we do not get certificate of occupancy!  So since we are hoping to close on Friday and move in/ paint Saturday---it is high time to get this done.  We talked to our contractor and they do have a excavator scheduled for Wednesday to take care of this.  The good news is that Wells Fargo has processed our loan and we are completely good to go!  Just waiting for USDA to process it, which should take 48 hrs.  Thankful to God for working out the details!  Jon & I both feel that God will deal with all the kinks and get us into the house as scheduled!
